These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sposal, a wedding planning application operated by Sposal ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Sposal you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Sposal. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Sposal, including uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to access other users' data, or disrupting the service. Guest-facing features (RSVP, gallery, gift registry) must only be used for your own wedding.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Sposal offers free and paid (Premium) plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. On mobile, subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are governed by their respective terms and billed by them. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, guest data, text). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload guest information and photos.

5. Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account and associated data; see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Third-party services

Sposal integrates third-party services (e.g. email delivery, music search, payments, cloud storage). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' terms.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Sposal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Sposal and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
